    Ok everybody by now has seen this list,the only games i play from list are Ut2003,ut2004,HL2.
    Ok both unreal games run great,ut2004 runs the best,but HL2 theirs no way in heck it'll run on my system!!! Am i missing something,it runs as slow as molases,how did they get this game to run and why is it on list :confused: .

    HL2 runs fine on my system with a GMA950, it crashes everytime during auto-save, but besides that, with default settings (the ones when you first open it) it runs alright.

    Try Battlefield 1942... I had a Vaio laptop with GMA 950, and played some great games like Age of Empires :)

    I would like to know if anybody has managed to get Battlefield 2 to work on the GMA950.

    I tried it before I changed laptops.. I was in Vista though, and it wasn't good. Really. Wasn't.

    I do remember playing HL2, but only up until the part where you have to fight the chopper in a big area with exploding barrels, FPS got too low for me to tolerate..although I think I did use something like 3DAnalyze or the SoftShader (that the right one?) dlls.

    I tried using 3danylizer on HL2,but the way steam runs i couldnt find the exe. for each game so i couldnt use it,maybe i did something wrong :confused: .

    Oh, yeah, Steam. I'm not sure, though, can't remember. Lol BTW it's SwiftShader not SoftShader..try that, you just have to put it in the game directory.

    Ya i just sold my gaming rig,gotta pay bills,trying to get this laptop to play few games i like.
    UT2003,04 run great,but HL2 runs very slow.
    When windows7 comes out im going to put it on my laptop to see if it makes difference,ya 80 gigs goes fast i do need a bigger drive,as of right now this laptop is gonna have to do.....
