It says i have 1.6 gb of graphics ram , is there any way to make it use that? because when i play a game (18 wheels of steel extreme trucker 2) it only uses about 70-100 mb which is not enough..Any help is D

Integrated graphics steal from the system memory. It will use/steal as much system memory as is necessary for its operations. Not too much you can do to increase performance, other than turn down settings and resolution.
