I like gaming. I like the challenge of multiplayer gaming. I live about 8000 clicks from USA.

Meaning, despite my 1.5 MB (100mbps) broadband connection, my ping in most games is always above 180 and usually between 200 and 400. Which sucks big time when other players only have 20 ping, or the servers ban low ping players.

Is there any fuscking way to improve that or I am doomed to death by headshot pwnage?

Can't find people in your own area to play with? There are always people around here looking for games of CS, TF2, DotA or whatnot.

Does kinda suck when you want to play an MMO, though...

Well, this country had a fad for LAN parties and that, but it's mostly over now and the only people that still do those things are damn pros whom I can't compete with.
People just don't care about PC gaming here, they are more focused on console gaming.
Probably because 90% of games are pirated and the consoles are mod-chipped, and since PC games are harder to pirate... Talk about being cheap and greedy.

Dunno about Argentina, but here in Brazil there's plenty of official servers of the latest FPS. MMOs too.

Some games are not so sensitive to ping times. I use to play COD4 with friends in a private server in the USA, using teamspeak and with the pings a shade under 200 without problems. although i tend to be the machinegunner to counter the effect of high pings.

I'm also in a rFactor online racing league and playing in the Warbirds massive multiplayer flight simulator.

So if you look for brazilian servers chances are you'll find a number of players with good ping times for you to play with.
