    Internet Connection Requirement??

    ??? I installed Dead Space and Alone in the Dark and I cant play them because of where I am my laptop is unable to connect to the internet.
    Whos bright idea was this???
    I think its the dumbest idea ever...So now these days I need an internet connection to play single player games???

    What other games have this requirement so I know to stay the hell away?

    I hear ya buddy :)

    Avoid crysis warhead(the original is ok, although you'll want to update it anyway :p) and anything with steam on it: the orange box, lost planet etc.

    GTA IV appears to have, you have to be online to save/load anyway.

    I too am not happy with that either...
