    Hello!

I checked compatibility of "Race '07" on my notebook through systemrequirementslab.com. I am not sure of the result although it gave me a green light.

    1. CPU Speed - PASS
    Minimum: 1.7 GHz
You Have: 1.60 GHz Performance Rated at 2.75 GHz.

Does that mean I can play even though my CPU is 1.6 and the game is for at least 1.7? Where does 2.75 come from?

    2. Video card - FAIL
Video HW Transform & Lighting: Required - Yes , You have - No
    Vertex Shader Ver.: Required - 2.0 , You have - 0.0

OK, I don't need transform and lighting. I don't need shading. Will my video card still render the game properly without these things?

    Thank you.

For the CPU thing, you probably have Duo Core or Duo 2 Core, so they "combine" the speed of the 2 cores. The required speed is like 1.7GHz total.

For the video card thing, you probably can't play any games with that card since you don't have vertex shader...

Anyways just try the demo. Since systemrequirementslab is known to be full of crap.

Your laptop's gpu is the weakest avalible. It's Intel GMA 950. D:

Apparently you do so it probably wont show the games correctly IF it allows you to play.

Ignore systemrequirements, they are 0/3 on their results compared with actual play on my laptop.

I'll agree with the full of crap part. I did a test for a particular game, and even though my notebook matched all the recommended settings, it still told me that I did not pass for recommended gameplay.
