Simply put NO , well not in the last 5 years or so.

ATI HD3200 , NVIDIA 9200-9400m all integrated and better than the 4500MHD , but if you dont need a poweful GPU the 4500MHD is great for battery life.

If by non-integrated cards, you refer to the dedicated cards manufactured by NVIDIA and ATI, then absolutely no. Although some cards created by them are integrated like the 4500MHD (this card is manufactured by Intel and is an integrated card), others are dedicated. If you're considering gaming or video editing, immediately disregard integrated graphics cards and go for dedicated ones. Many of the lower-end dedicated cards beats the 4500MHD in performance.

Was Intel not boasting about how powerful this was supposed to be? but as everyone has said stay away if you can, actually avoid Intel if your interested in even light gaming.

By the list of cards posted above it's better that x600, x2300, 7400 :p. But yup, I belive I'll go probably for 8400gs/gt, 9100, or something like that

I would stay away for 8400m gs/gt and 8600m gs/gt as they are faulty.

    I would say a minimum of an ATI HD3650 512mb GDDR3 or an NVIDIA 9600m GT 512mb GDDR3 , both readily available.
