    Correct. You need the original FEAR in order to play/install Extraction Point.

    r6 vegas is a great shooter. although the multiplayer community is somewhat dull you have an awesome single player experience with a bonus of "terrorist hunt" mode in which you can battle the terrorists in any map you choose with adjustments suited to how hard you want to play. definitely a great buy.
