    I don't even need to look at it and I can tell you that yes, whatever Pacsteam is, it is definitely illegal.

    if you put it on your computer and you ever download legitimate steam and buy a game to play online, it will detect the pacsteam and permanently ban you.

    just use legitimate steam. most games are worth their price. and the steam service is top notch. its better than xbox live imo.

    Ok mabey I'm a bit paranoid now but is the steam website working right now becuase when I try to connect to it on my itouch and my comp it says access forbidden

    Would this screw up legal steam? I wouldn't steal from steam, but offline mode is buggy some [most] of the time. I only ask cause I care if it screwing up my legal stuff and my account, present and future. That is, if I was going to steal, then I wouldn't care, but I do care... so I'm not.

    And yes Vader, I got the same thing.
