Will I be able to see to play standard aspect ratio games (edges cut off)?
I'm considering getting a Vaio Z notebook,
so 13.1" widescreen, 128MB nVidia 9300m, and 1366x768 resolution.
(There's a 1600x900 screen available, but that may be silly on a 13" laptop, right?)
I've never really played games on my current notebook at resolutions higher than 1200x800, and I don't plan to on this one considering the GPU's power.
But I will be playing a lot of older games that may not support widescreen...
Thoughts?
Advice?

You can either stretch it or play with the 2 black bars... 13" is a little small for my tastes, but if you're comfortable with it, then I guess it's be fine as long as you play at native res.

Man, 13" w/black bars would personally give me a headache...especially if you're playing FPS's.
I wouldn't get a 13" if I planned on gaming a lot, but if you can handle it, I say go for it. -
paper_wastage Beat this 7x7x7 Cube
some games have widescreen capabilty..
i have the Dell XPS M1330...> LED LCD + 8400M GS.... not that actually, besides the fact that my GPU goes up to 95C
Is a 13" widescreen ok for gaming?
