Is it possible to do a DIY ViDock on Acer Extensa 5620z?

Acer Support - Extensa 5620 Series Specifications

if possible, i am planning to
    • upgrade the cpu to Core 2 Duo P9500
    • ARCTIC COOLING MX-2 for CPU
    • replace the HDD with OCZ Vertex 2 60GB
    • MSI GTX 460 1GB Cyclone

things that i want to know
    • what does x1 2.0, x2 1.0 mode mean(express card? usb? PCI-E? mPCI-E?)
    • how can i know if x1 or x2 is possible to acer 5620z?
    • since the acer extensa has X3100, is it possible to use the Optimus so i wont face a hefty penalty while using Internal LCD
    • what kind of solution will fit my needs?(PE4H, etc???)
