My laptop configuerations are in my sigunature.

I tried to play the game and I have put all the settings on low but even though the game was slow. I was wondering if there is any way to make my 8400GS work better or if I can make the performance better. Its a nice game and im sad that im not playing it

Do you have the game? EA made it impossible to change in-game

In the Search bar on the start menu area, search "Medal of Honor Setup"

That should do the trick to find the settings.

Yes I said that already that I've played with low settings but I was really wondering if there is still any other way to play the game better.

Have you updated your video drivers?

Also, the 8400GS has a lot of room for overclocking potential so you could boost your performance that way. Also 25-30FPS is more than playable on the Unreal Engine 3.
