I have an Inspiron 1525 which has S-video and an HDMI port. Can I hook up an Xbox 360 to it and play?

Well actually my guess is that the HDMI is HDMI out only, so that's a no go, but the S-Video option might work idk...

you will need a TV tuner, that's the only option, with great amount of lag.

Don't bother... the lag between the input and response kills the whole gaming experience.
