I think it is pretty accurate. However, just in case, do further research.

From my experience, I've learned to take what that site says with a grain of salt, especially when it comes to laptops. I haven't been on it for a while, but I remember it becoming not so much accurate at some point. Even though notebookcheck also needs to be taken with a grain of salt (check which system was used for benchmarks), I find it to be a better source for laptop hardware performance: http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-HD-6620G.54675.0.html. There's not data for fallout 3, but given that it runs on the same engine as Oblivion which is now rather old, I wouldn't worry. Don't expe4ct to be maxing the game any time soon with that kind of hardware though.

Well, this guy says with the intregrated graphics he can play Fallout 3 on medium settings. [Review] HP Dv6-6135dx - Hewlett Packard - Laptops & Notebooks

So based on that and the link tijo provided, I would say you can play it. You may get medium settings as the one user said, or at the very least you can drop to low settings to play it.

Yeah the Can You Run It? site is a bit flawed when it comes to laptop specifications. It thought that my 4th gen mobile i7 overclocked all the way was inferior to a 1st gen desktop i5 clocked at 2.5GHz.

It's good enough to play fluently at medium settings and 720p resolution, no antialiasing (or try SMAA injection)...
