I thought someone could have design a mouse that has a stick in the left side, to be use with the thumb. That stick could replace the keys WASD for movement.
Have anybody seen something like that?

Whichever, but located onto the mouse, may be at the left side (right handed) so it can be handled with the thumb.

No. But I think I remember a mouse that had a trackball where the right thumb was.

Either way... Why would you even want something like that? WASD is plenty efficient. I mean, what you use your left hand for with a mouse like that?

Most people have two hands for a reason ;) I can barely get my head around the 6 buttons my mouse has (well, 8 if you count the scroll wheel, but still...)

I still kinda preferred them separately. I like the wasd and the mouse separate.

It would be useful to fully replace joysticks or gamepads sometimes. I like the WASD in shooters (since you mostly go forward), but in some adventure games they suck. Also, a stick can be analog, and the WASD is not.
