    Well I was on youtube and watched some videos from user Cybertoons and I thought that its pretty cool how he animates cartoons of people.

    Is there a program that actually does this?
    I doubt it lol.

    I wanted to make an animated picture of me and my girlfriend for our anniversary that's coming up!
    I think it will be pretty cool.

    Also if anyone knows of a service that can do this kind of that that will be cool!
