Ok this is the deal, Im going to Germany in the summer. Its gonna be a long vacation, and over there I don't have any consoles. However, I have laptop, which is a Sony VAIO PCG-7Y2L. From, the System Requirement lab test I noticed that my notebook passes or exceeds all expectations expect when it gets to the video card "department". So, let me guess there is no way I can improve my video card? Btw, im not planning on playing Crysis or anything like that. I just wanna play some games that will keep me entertained for a while, but most of those will not run on my laptop (ex.: Fable: Lost Chapters). So, is there any way how I can upgrade to play some better games (like the example)? If not, what are some good games my notebook can play?
Like always help is appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Is that no to both questions, or just the first or second one?

Definitely the first one, and possibly the second.

You have the GMA 950 correct? If you do then you cant play dx10 games cuz it supports up to dx9 so no newer games.

Judging by the clock speeds i saw, nothing to great either. You might have to back up a bit (2005 or 2006) to find a game that can run well on your system. (That is strictly a guess as i am not a gamer...yet)

Lithius is right, that would be NO to the first two questions.

For the last (conditional) question: You got Mobile Intel (R) 945GM Express Chipset Family as the video card, which is very weak, in fact all IGP solutions are weak in the graphics department. & as a IGP it has some compatibility issues, intel is generously enough to provide a small compatibility list, which means the game will RUN, but how well, you have to either try it out yourself or ask another member who tried it with the same IGP card.

just beware that not all games are listed on intel's site, and some game will not work at all.

Ah ok :(, I would sell the laptop (although I wouldn't get much money for it) but I don't want to upset my father who bought the laptop for me. Anyways, thanks for the help.
