I am checking temps using the nvidia display and it says that my core temp is at around 60C and it was at 80C when i am playing Oblivion. I have the msi-16332. It has the 256mb Go 7600, 2gb ddrII 667, on a 15.4in screen. To hot, and is there a way to cool it down. The fan is pretty much always on, and warm air is always blowing out. it is a new laptop, so the inlets/outlets arent plugged.
**Stock drivers, and no overclocking**

I think those temperatures look pretty normal

alright i was just getting worried that something was broken. Thanks alot for the help.

its normal. when it gets past 90C and stays there... then you should get worried.
or go clean out the vents and fans (with compressed air and Q-tips) -
yeah! when i play orange box and other games as such, the gpu temps ramp up to 79-80 and stay there (occasionally going over by about 3-4 degrees during extra long play sessions). but as soon as i quit it drops to aruond 6X degrees. looks normal to me!
Is this running to hot???
