    Just bought Civ4 complete

    Hello guys I just got Civilization 4 complete with all addons... Where do I start? Are the addons cumulative? Basically can I launch any addons and still have access to the full game? Or is every thing separate?

    Each Civ addon pack/game is it's own separate game, with it's own saves and such, but they're all built on the same engine. For example, if you launch a regular Civ 4 game, it'll use the Civ 4 units and civilizations, and save in the Civ 4 folder under "My Games". If you launch a Civ 4 Warlords game, it'll use the Warlords units and civilizations, and save under Warlords, and Beyond the Sword will use the Beyond the Sword units and civilizations, and save under Beyond the Sword, etc.

    Bought the complete pack a few years ago (Colonization wasn't out yet at the time). Essentially most players play Beyond the Sword since it's got the most features, however some people preferring the old espionage pre BtS play Warlords.
