    Was thinking about picking this game up, it looks pretty interesting, but I had a quick question.

    I never played the first one, so will I still understand the story line in the second one?

    In other words, will I be explained everything that is going on, and who everyone is? Or will I just be thrown into the mix, expecting to know everyone and who they are?

    The story line is totally different, it isnt a continuing story line....however just like any sequel there are some things from the previous game slotted in there. But during the cut scenes/flash backs you should pick it up.

    Havent played it yet as im not huge on 3rd person shooters, but it sure does look enjoyable.

    You'll understand it just fine. Or just read a brief spoiler on Wikipedia if you wanna make sure. Game is short but if you play it on the hardest difficulty levels, you'll be constantly replaying some specific bits (mainly because kane's ai isn't very good and he sometimes fails to notice guys flanking you and does nothing to help). That and the fact that bullets hit you even behind cover can make the game quite tedious sometimes.

    This game is making me dizzy. Whenever I run in the game, the whole screen shakes with the characters and I really don't like that. Also the crosshair looks silly to me.

    You can fix the camera shaking from Options -> Controls - SteadyCam = Enabled.

    Thanks for the replies guys. I picked it up earlier today and played through almost all of it before I quit the game and uninstalled it, haha.

    If I had to rate it, I would give it a:

    4/10

    Story line was ok, but the gameplay and missions lacked greatly.

    It was boring and tedious, with the same type of enemies in mostly all stages, and nothing spectacular, just the same boring stuff.
