    Hey,

I have a nvidia quadro 110m (128-256mb) vid card. I tried to run kane and lynch.Iit runs- but even with minimum settings there is extreme lag. I think im getting like 10- 15 fps.

I dont know how to fix it- could some one perhaps provide an updated driver, because I cant find any that work :(

Anyways, knowing that Kane and Lynch laags on my machine, should i expect gears of war/FEAR/UT3 to work smoothly at min settings ?

    thanks

Kane and Lynch is not optimized. It's a horribly coded game. What are the rest of your system specs? It will help, also check the " Can my notebook run it thread?" It cuts down on forum clutter to post there. :)

2 gigs of ram is pretty much standard for games now. FEAR shouldn't be too bad as long as you set shadows lower (that damn soft shadows!). Gears runs pretty good, hope you like playing at lower resolutions though.

Kane and Lynch works pretty well on my laptop in the sig, playing it at 1680x1050 with frames ranging from 23-30+ depending on the action etc etc. Though Gears of War I play at 1920x1200 and the same frame ranges as Kane & Lynch, though Gears feels smoother.
