I need a very small laptop that can handle BF2 on low or medium settings, can't make up my mind between the xps and LG. The LG is available today, where as I have to wait a couple of weeks for the Dell.
If your not familiar with the LG, please don't vote. If you have either of them, your advice from experience is highly appreciated.

I think you mean nVidia 7300 and 7400.
I am not sure, but doesnt the LG run the old pentium m centrino with the 915PM chipset? If that is so, then the Dell is superior because of the Core Duo and 945 chipset. I am seriously considerign an XPS M1210 right now, because of the excellent trade off between performance and portability. I htink the LG is still an actual ultraportable (sub 4 lbs?) wheras the Dell is closr to the 13.3" laptops in wheght (4.4lbs). -
Your a 100% right. That's 3 reasons why I should get the XPS.
Thanks ric3rboy. -
Yes, also, theres the price issue. I am not familiar with the LG (I live in the US) but considering how much less expensive dell usually is to Japanese brands, I would assume that the LG is more expensive.
Have you considered the Sony SZ, cuz it seemskinda in the range u r looking at? its more expensive, but its truly ultraportable under 4lbs, and has a similar gpu as the xps (less hypermemory) and also has a bigger (13.3"wxga) better screen. thats another alternative, but I still recommend the XPS because it is cheaper, looks better (in my opinion) and has some nice features that the Sony does not. Then again, the Sony does have superior quality. -

LG is much better I think. Premium notebooks, good looks and very good cooling solution. Tough I must say that the XPS will perform better.

Don't know if you're willing to go over the price of an XPS but the new Benq Joybook S73 is a sweet looking thing with great specs! Not available in Kuwait when I was last there though

Sony SZ > Dell M1210.
LG TX Express vs. XPS M1210 for ultraportable gaming?
