    which laptop u think will achieve grater performance in LOCK ON??

    and in most games???

    Laptop number 1

    Core Duo (yonah) 2Ghz
    1024mb DDR2 667Mhz RAM
    Windows XP
    X1600 256Mbr ddr2

    Laptop number 2

    Core Duo 2, at 2,13ghz (64bit, 667Mhz)
    2048mb DDR2 667Mhz RAM
    Windows XP (with free upgrade to Vista) :D
    x1400 256Mb ddr2
    and a 12-can coke box (at 667Mhz, and DDr2) :D

    The first one. The graphics card has much more influence over how games play than the processor, and the T7400 isn't a huge leap over the T2400. Get two gigs of RAM in the first one, and you should be fine.

    I second what the two earlier posters said.

    But do get 2GB of ram, if you can afford it.

    Laptop 1 has much more gaming potential. I'd also up it to 2 GB of RAM If possible.

    I chose #2 because i believe that very soon you will see next-gen games using more RAM and CPU than they do today. ;)
