This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm assuming that I can't play games on this laptop (which has a Mobile Intel 945 Express Chipset). So I was wondering if there were any alternatives to this. Thanks.

    you can play old games with a Intel GMA 900/950 notebook.

    UT2004 surprisingly play well with it, as well as other games around 2004 and before.
