I actually thought that was quite a lame video. In fact the previous l4d video was lame as well. Gameplay wise, frigging awesome fun! Unfortunately due to the retarded Australian classification laws, Australia will be getting a "censored" version... Oh well, at least we'll still be getting it!

 

how i wish we had scope mounted rifles...that would have made loads of headshots!!!

at Red & Foosa: it's new orleans...

in regards to the hype: at this point they could release a full CG movie and I still wouldn't bat an eye if it meant giving credence to a cash-cow. and I implore very PC gamer who sees fault with paying full price for the same game to do the same. Valve can learn the hard way not to fool around with our trust.

 

With it only being $35 for the 4 pack I may do it again like I did borderlands but I just really am not interested in this game.

First one go boring pretty fast and the 2nd game looks like more of the same but with a few new guns and a few new zombies. Seems like they even used the old sound effects from the old game! Plus I still feel they replaced there first game way too fast. I do not think I have seen a sequel come out so fast ever, I think they should have done continual support for L4D like they did TF2 by patching in some new stages and weapons and even zombies if needed rather than making us get a new game.

There was nothing wrong with the engine, graphics, gameplay on the first one, it was just lack of content and making a new game is not a proper way to fix that problem.

 

They claim that L4D the first game will be supported for a long time as well.

So it'll be interesting to see what happens here.

they claimed a lot of things, including frequent and substantial DLC, in the order of TF2 and more. we don't need to see what happens, like gravity and a ten-story building it's obvious the community is going to be shattered.

 

Try the dozens of custom maps. They keep L4D interesting.

Especially try "Military Industrial Complex". You'll be tearing your hair out on the first map.

 

The sheer amount of tanks in that campaign is discouraging. lol. I don't think I've seen that many tanks in my entire time playing l4d, let alone in 1 campaign.
