This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Okay, so I'm trying to connect to servers, but there seems to be a problem. Everyones told me to update to version 1.0.0.9 (Mines 1.0.0.5). But I can't for the life of me find the update..
    Anyone have a link?

    Steam should, by default, automatically update your games for you.

    • Right click Left4Dead in you "My Games" list, select "Properties"
    • Go to the "Updates" tab
    • Make sure the drop-down list is set to "Always keep this game up to date"
