I'm trying to get the splitscreen working in the PC version - unfortunately I'm currently on holiday and my internet is awful so I can barely google solutions. Thought I might get a more direct answer here (now that the page has finally loaded...).

I've read that the last title update which added the new map changed certain commands in the developer console and I think that's what's causing the issue.

Basically, I can get the game into splitscreen but player 2 is uncontrollable - I can't do anything but spectate despite it telling me to left click to join (before it was saying pull right trigger but as I only have 1 controller, I managed to sort out that problem only to run into another).

Any ideas as to what I could do? Thanks!

EDIT: Commands such as 'cmd2 jointeam 2' don't do anything for me so that solution isn't working even though it should be...

That's what I'm after - the keyboard for player 2 refuses to respond though, with the 360 controller only working for player 1 or, at best, moving player 2 but not letting me shoot/reload or do any other actions while I control player 1 with the keyboard.

Basically, I can get one player's controls working fine but not the other (with 1 controller and 1 with kb/m).

    No idea what's going on.

unplug the x360 controller and plug it back in while still on the loading screen when you first launch the map

Tried that - awkward though as the loading screen is lightning fast (at least on when I force split screen, unless you mean the initial level load and not post developer console input?).

If you're using both kb/m and a controller, the person using the controller has to be player 1, right?

Really dodgy internet atm so can't be downloading programmes - might try it and see if it works though.
