$16.78 for Max Payne 3 on direct2play is unreal. They are currently out of the item though. I went back to STEAM to check their price, and is at $59 yet.

I've used Ultimatum Games 3 times. Purchased Skyrim, Rage, and Borderlands 2 from them. No problems at all, they usually either send you the key in an email or a picture of a key from a retail box (happened when I purchased Skyrim).

D2P has been around for a while. My only experience trying to buy from them ran into some nonsense red tape to complete purchase and it turned me off from them since back then the prices weren't anything to write home about.

I thought they were sold in the past couple years and now that I look again, the prices and policies have me thinking they did. These prices are down right cheap, like Yuplay.ru Sleeping Dogs cheap. Funny I was thinking that way as I was thinking about D2P F1 2012 for $22 and read this:

"A RUSSIAN IP (VPN) IS REQUESTED THE FIRST TIME TO ACTIVATE THE CD KEY. Once is activated you can download and play your game worldwide with your normal ip in any location.

Your purchase will include a premium free VPN service"

Now I'm not saying it's a problem or shouldn't be trusted, but I'm not crazy about it. Other games, but not all also state this IP workaround. Hitman did not have it and for $35, I was going to prepurchase, but they are out of stock.
BL2 steam key for $25 with no IP shinannigans is a great deal, too bad I don't like the games cell shading.
