    Can someone point me to some good fun LAN games that aren't too graphically demanding for older computers also.
    So that way all of my co workers can participate and not be left out because they dont have the latest and greatest CPU/GPUs.

    Warcraft Tower Defense and DOTA are good choices.

    You can find some Tower Defense maps that support more than 4 players.

    The problem is that you kinda need about at least 6 people who knows how to play the game properly. It may be kinda hard to get that many, but then I suppose you could play with 2-3 friends against AIs

    i always play dota with friends lol, even they didn't know how to play we have a lot fun. and now almost all have same lvl :D

    I also suggest:
    Starcraft
    Warcraft III (normal melee game or any funny maps )
    counter Strike
    Age of empire II (no 3)
