No Starcraft 2?

I'm so glad another Modern Warfare is coming. WW2 has been done to death ever since THE definitive WW2 game, Medal of Honor Allied Assault, was released.
-
it's just modern warfare 2, they dropped the 'cod' part.

Not only that, SC2 is up for beta sign up right now.

Wow, Mortal Online looks more like Oblivion Online from that trailer.

In fact, that is probably where you will see "MORE" innovation........... from these people ! -
BTW , Not sure about you other PC gamers, but Bioware kind of "Ticks me off" when they develope games for the console fan-boys first. It's like they forgot who put them on the map in the first place...................pc gamers !
But, it seems they're making amends by releasing Dragon Age: Origins for the pc only ! -

I hope Microsoft will port Gears of War 2 to the PC!
I also worry about PC gaming dying, I just built a gaming desktop PC and have a few second thoughts.
I'd like games from indie developers but also console games to come to the PC as well so I can try them out and we will be getting Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter 4 later this year.

I'm glad to stay away from console gaming because the console users just eat it up and crap it out in a couple weeks. There is no reverance for games much anymore because there really isn't many good games anymore that really hold our attention for very long except on the PC which of course has a library spanning over a decade of wonderful games. Honestly I like playing new games, but the most important games to me are quite old like Battlefield 2/2142, Call of Duty 1/2, HL2 it's bretheren. That's why I like my lappies, my portable machines of gaming and multimedia goodness. Funny how mine has 2x the graphics horsepower of a PS3 or 360 and it's *portable*
I wouldn't worry about PC gaming dying, it's actually the most prominent form of gaming in the world when you look at the statistics, there are gamers of all types playing many different titles, and people need PCs in the first place for practical things. It just so happens they can be wonderful gaming devices too. -
I personally think that PC gaming is dead. It's just not worth spending so much money on a PC with a great graphic card if you're only getting a handful of PC exclusive titles a year. Sure there are a lot of console ports, but they tend to come out later on the PC and sometimes they can be poorly optimized because the developers don't spend the resources they used to because PC gaming doesn't generate as much revenue.
I remember when I was a kid, I was so fascinated by PC games. But now, it's almost too much of a hassle to own a gaming PC - I'd rather take a slight hit on visuals but have the convenience of a cheaper console with WAY more games.
