To make it easier for us all to find notebooks that are either on the market, or soon to be released with graphics from the new series, I thought we could assemble a list here of all them.
Add to the list and I will edit it
This is the lineup of cards from Nvidia's 9-series:
*NOTE* The Geforce 9300, 9500 and 9650 cards are die shrunk versions of 8400M and 8600M, and are not really new cards. That goes for ATI radeon mobility 34XX and 36XX as well.
*BIG UPDATE* Cards using die shrunk / refreshed versions of older cards such as the 8400M or 8600M will be excluded form the list. The reason for this is that there are quite a lot of models housing these "new" cards. This thread is aimed for people interested in the new cards.

This is the lineup of cards from ATI's HD 3000-series:
-
k and the acers specs are on the main website, look for the gemstone blue series on the main wwebsite.
-
Mobility HD 3650 is already up in some laptops.
-
The Acer 6920G has the 9500M GS and the 8920G has the 9650M GS. The early 9-series: 9300M G, 9500M GS, and 9650M GS are not true 9-series, in the respect that they are basically rebadged 8-series cards (based off of the G8x architecture). A suggestion, you should probably put screen size on your list of laptops.
edit: to add to the ATI list: HD 3450, 3650, 3850, and 3870.
Also, more laptops:
Asus W7Sg 13.3" 9500M GS
Asus F8Sp 14.1" HD 3650
Asus F8Sn 14.1" 9500M GS
Asus V1Sn 15.4" 9500M GS -
Asus F8SN - 9500m GS
Asus F7SE - HD3470
Asus M70SA - HD3650
Asus M50SV - 9500m GS
Asus G1SN - 9500m GS
Asus U6SG - 9300M G -
dondadah88 Notebook Nobel Laureate
can you put the realease dates or tba if not known
-
clevo m860tu - 9800gts and 9800gtx
-
You should consider working more for the 4xxx series and the GT200
-
Screen size is a very good idea, but I don't have time to go through all those models manually.
The most interesting models are the ones that actually utilizes nvidias/ati's actual new cards -
for the list, the hd3650 is also in the asus m50sa, my laptop lol
-
The D901C will have the 9800M GTX in June or July (when released)
-
Btw, what card is that? Refreshed HD2600? -
Mate, I might be wrong on this one but from what I know, the GeForce 9500M G and 9300M G are G84 and G86 based. You stated this:
-
GeForce Go 9500M GS
Acer Aspire 6920G
Acer Aspire 8920G
GeForce Go 9650M GS
Acer Aspire 8920G
Mobility Radeon HD 3470
ASUS F5SL -

The 9900M GTX(?) maybe later, not now... should be based on the GT200 core or a newer one(more efficient) for the mobile market.
-
-
Asus F6S has the 9300G.
-
Die shrunk versions of old cards are now excluded from the list, since adding them would almost be like adding every computer using a card from the 8-series.
-
I'm gonna have to restate what I said in my original post in this thread: the 9650M GS is also based on the G8x series (the 8700M GT), so I guess that removes the AS8920G. nVidia hasn't actually released any true G9x series yet.
-
The 9650m GS is a dieshrunk 8700m gt, like sgogeta4 has said.
-
I think its wrong to remove all the die shrink models of 9-series since all the models as far as a i know is just that!
-
yea the die shrinks have more performance and features, like dx10.1 and shader 4.1 on the mobility radeon hd3650, which is a die shrink
-
I've read that the upcoming X500 ThinkPad will have dual ATI HD3650 cards. (2x16c pci for GPU).
I havn't found any specific specs yet but it sounds very impressive.
