Im having a ultra hard time getting this game to have good fps rate...even if i put everything on low im still getting 10- 15 fps....really aggravating...i mean if i can run crysis on all high settings with 18-25 fps i can run this game right ???
BTW this is the demo version of lost planet...

    specs
    intel duo core 2.2GHz
    8600M GT
Vista 32 bit with 169.09 drivers
    2 GB of RAM

any thoughts on what i am doing wrong??

Yeah, I could barely get 25fps with my 8600GT regardless of settings. Think 22 was my highpoint!

This game is horribly optimized, I had trouble running it even on an 8700M-GT. If you have not already bought this game, don't, because it is not worth it. As noted it's another stupid Xbox port.

The full game runs better with a patch.

It runs better with the patch and a monster rig. Not worth it IMO, just like Crysis.

Its a bad port, an average game but it should not run that slowly.

It runs very smoothly, much smoother than Crysis on the laptop in my sig. I think you have some driver issue or something.
