I have an Asus G1S, 8600GT. The game will not allow me to play the game using directx 10 but only 9. Are there any settings I need to change?

There are 2 totally different installs, so make sure you installed the dx10 version.

From there, what ever error you get probably means you need to install something if your missing a file.

BTW DX10 on Lost planent is horrible, it looks 99.9% the same as DX9 but with the frame rates cut in HALF!

I am not kidding so you may as well not even wasit your time trying unless you have a very very high end desktop.

I guess you're right since I don't want to bother taking for ever to download the DX10 version
