Before I installed Vista x64 SP1 (it didn't come preinstalled), I was getting 3DMark06 scores ranging between 13,700 - 14,000. Now, after installing SP1, I am getting between 13,300 and 13,550. I have tried several different drivers. The ones which were highest scoring before SP1 are still producing the best scores. Any ideas?

Yea, compare your performance in a game. Also, what were you running before the installation?
-
3dmark scores that differ by less than 1000 mean very little.. you need real gaming benchmarks.

Since this is an older game, I didn't know if it mattered. My average World of Warcraft fps went from about 55 fps to almost 80 fps (same game settings). It is the Firefly test that bombs, everything else is consistent. I used to get about 46 fps average on that test, now I get about 36 fps. What is part of that test that can really be hammered. I wouldn't be as bothered if it was a bit from each test, but this is a heavy hit to one specific test. SM 2.0.

are you using the newest Nvidia drives?
If not, try updating and run 3dmark again.
Also, if your gaming performance went up so much, why are you complaining?... thats all that really matters.
-
^^ Exactly; dont worry about 3dmark, as long as your gaming experience is good you really dont have anything to worry about.

Just to add to this, as I mentioned in my other post, I am not getting scores of about 8900 on 3DMark06. I have only updated to the newest drivers. It is as if only one of the two video cards is being utilized. It says SLI is enabled in the nVidia panel. Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be?
Is there a way of testing the parent video card and then the daughter one, separately? -
You are right about those scores, as your setup should be getting around 13000 or so. Try some drivers on laptopvideo2go, see if they help and post back the results.

If the game runs better then that is all that matters. 3Dmakr is an artificial number, performance in game is what counts.

I saw a slight drop in 3dmarks swtiching from XP to vista, but actual game play didn't change. Its the nature of the beats and like Imonix said slight changes are normal (although I believe in 500+/-) and should be expected. I can do a test on my dell back to back and sometimes I can see a variation of up to 300 without changing a single thing.
edit: I did a little research on your notebook and man that thing is a beast. -
Now when I run the 3DMark test in SLI, I get 8900.
When I run the 3DMark test in Single GPU, I get 9800.
When I play WoW now, I only get 45-70 fps, instead of the 75-100 I was getting. I looked at GPU-Z, and the clocks are my card are:
GPU Core Clock: 275.0 MHz
GPU Memory Clock: 301.0 MHz
I called Eurocom and they said that they would need to replace the video card or motherboard if there is an issue. I just don't want to send it away now and suffer the downtime.
However, GPU-Z says the GPU clocks should be 500/799/1250 MHz.
It seems they are not upclocking. I monitored their MHz during several loops of 3DMark06 (for 3 hours) and they never moved when under strain. What could cause this?
Attached is a screenshot of my cards readings.Attached Files:

Download RivaTuner and see if you can "overclock" them to the standard clocks..
275 and 300 is WAY too low for your cards. -
you check control panel to see if the device is working properly?
