Hey, I just got my XPS m1210 in the mail. I find vista utterly confusing... Anyways, how do I find out if my computer came equiped with the GeForce Go 7400, there was no sticker on in and I could no find any discription of a graphics card in the system preformance menu. Any ideas?
    Thanks

You bought a laptop and you don't know what card you have in there? Don't you remember configuring it?

I was thinking the same thing but was trying to be nice... Anyway, you should have configured it in the first place or read it on the invoice.

no, I configured it and selected what I needed to. It's just the last laptop I got from dell did not include all of my selected hardware. Also there was no Nvidia sticker or anything on this one. I just didn't want to find out two months from now when I might not be able to return it. But thankyou guys for the help. :)

Reinstall the drivers from the dell website and see if the nvidia drivers are compatible if it is, then you have a 7400.

There is an easier way to find out then to just try and install a driver... plus, that clutters the registry. Just check device manager.
