    Yes for Gaming your card is better performing than any mobile card out there. And for the near future you should be good. Hang with it for as long as you can because prices keep dropping and performance keeps getting better. in 1year you will be able to get better than you can now.

    Yes, the 7800GTX is still a very good performer. If I were you I'd wait to upgrade until we get Penryn + a 256-bit DX10 card.
