I’m currently running on my integrated gpu and I’m looking up on different gpu that’s cheap like the 7970m but I prefer nvidia but with similar performance which nvidia gpu will give me the same performance but close to the same price as the 7970m?

Nvidia and good price, nice joke :'D

I guess you could go for GTX 680M. If you want better performance and something cheaper go for HD 8970m

Well all the 8970m is just a rebrand of the 7970m

no, how on earth did you come to that conclusion?

The thing that makes the 8970M MUCH better than the 7970M is that the bumper inside the chip are way way way way way better quality which makes it that the chip doens't die on you like (i assume) your 7970M did.

It also is an improvement to the HD 7970M, the M290X is a rebrand of the HD 8970M hoewver.
