Ive just bought a gaming laptop, the MSI GT70 894 and i noticed the temperature raises a lot while I play Dota 2. So i bought a cooling pad, the CoolerMaster X3. However, the cooling pad did not solve the problem. I noticed my laptop is not flat in the bottom, it has some kind of round supportslegs in the corners and I think this might be making the air flow not reach the laptop. Is it supposed to be like this? Or should the air get in touch with the computer directly? Does anyone else uses an MSI gaming laptop with a cooling pad?

maybe you should call msi. I play dota 2 maxed at like 68ish c on my gt70.

thats not a heating issue,
If I turn the fans off and play ds2 at 4k or smething it hits 90c but doesnt show slowdowns -
NZXT Cryo X60 or Notepal U3 ... both are good coolers ...
