I got this laptop 4 months ago, I'm only browsing webs and it's 95C. Is this ok? My fan is working and it doesn't have dust. What else can I do to cool it down?

It's not ok. This might suggest fan problems, dust inside the lappy or you must be keeping this lappy on a working oven while you use it due to lack of desk.....

Thanks for replying, my laptop is on a desk, flat surface. I have no idea why it's heating up so badly. Yesterday I opened up my laptop, there was no dust. Do you reckon I buy a new fan?

Hmm, no lol, if the fan sounds like its working, it could be a lack of decent assembly on the manufacturers behalf,

I'd say take the heat sink off, then go ahead and re apply thermal paste to the components,

Unless you feel the fans bearing is shot? and possibly not spinning fast enough do to other cause.

    1. Undervolt your CPU using The Undervolting guide to reduce load on cooling system of laptop....

    forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=235824

    2. Apply new thermal paste on CPU and GPU.

    3. Undervolt GPU using BIOS flashing... warning dangerous.

    4. Get notebook cooling pad like zaltman NC2000.

    5. Do a copper mod... u might need to ask other about it no idea here.

noooo with 4 months send it for warranty repair, don't want to ruin the warranty already. its a fault with assembling. HD2600 should be nowhere near that, i only ever get 60º MAX with heavy load
