    Hi all,

I am all about charity...However, I feel that this has only come to surface after the backlash of the pre-orders for MW2...Could IW be doing this to try to undo the wrong they have done with taking away dedicated servers? It seems they are trying to do there penance for the wrong they have committed! I feel that now that they have righted their ways by donating to charity, they will now come back to the good side and include dedicated servers!!!

It has nothing to do with Activision or Infinity Ward, this is all Amazon's doing.
I was thinking it could be a tactic to get back some lost PC pre-orders but this campaign is targeting everyone and it will be mostly console gamers that will go for this, if anyone does.

    Wow...

    ...

    ...

The very idea of this is sickening. Using charity as a means to promote consumerism is so...wrong. I'm speechless.

Nothing wrong with that, consumerism is not a bad thing.

Who said consumerism is bad? The idea is bad. It is true, it is wrong.

Then again, this will probably bring up how charity should/can be, so yeah.

They made their decision, either buy it or don't but spare the rest of us the rehash/speculation/rumors/petitions..

Yeah I don't think this has anything to do with the no dedicated server fiasco.
