    Hi
    i have pre ordered a copy of Mafia 2 on steam.
    But all of a sudden the product was refunded due to delay of the game in my region which is japan. However on the steam store Mafia 2 pops up as "NOW AVAILABLE" so why was it refunded if its "now available"?
    can any one help?

    Maybe you're viewing the Steam store of a different country? (ie the US or UK site?)

    Personally i'd publish a article on how you got your money back, you must be the first person in history ever to receive a refund off steam, must be worth something.

    But seriously not a clue, have you tried the games steam forum to see if anyone else has had the issue?
