    Hey guys,

So I went to boot up TF2 for the first time in a long time...and of course the game is all messed up for me. It seems like a graphical bug, though I already updated my GPU drivers, reinstalled the game, reset the settings, etc.

Essentially what's happening is that whenever I enter a game and I move the mouse around, everything (all the elements on the screen the GUI, character models, etc) goes haywire. I'll have to take a screenshot later of what I mean, but it's almost impossible to describe. Just imagine literally every part of the screen graphic wise just changing different resolutions as I move the mouse...?

Anyone have any ideas? Also, it has worked in the past. So it's not a problem with my machine.

    Thanks.

You mean this? Don't go to Steam forums for this as they will just troll you. Steam forums = Useless trash.
The fix is EVGA Precision or MSI Afterburner OSD. They are causing the problem. It seems they both use the Rivatuner engine. Disable it.

Here is video with MSI Afterburner

Here is a video of EVGA Precision
