    Mass Effect Help (Glitch?)

    For those of you who have played ME1, I could use some help.

    So I'm stuck at the very end of completing the main mission for Feros and all I need to do is get back to the ship. Seems easy right? Well apparently there's no way to get back to the ship (that I can find/see) and when I open the map there is a "!" which is where that guy is (can't remember his name) who asked you to retrieve the data from Exogeni (or whatever it's called). Now I retrieved the data already and gave it to him earlier in the level but is that what could be glitching the game? Please help! I seriously do not want to have to restart again!
