I have a Malibal Satori with the ATI 6990M and the game/graphics run great 1920x1080 on high everything but if I need to pause the game and close the laptop to move rooms or do something else, every time I re-open the laptop and the screen is re-initialized it switches to windowed mode... Same thing happens if I Alt-tab while in game to do something else and come back to it. I have not found a way to get back to full screen with out restarting the game. Anyone else had this problem?

You know I wish more games would implement that. Or a similar feature (shift+enter, ctrl+enter), most of the time I'm stuck alt tabbing back into my game a couple times trying to get it to reinitialize full screen

Just played through the game, Jeebus it was brilliant - very challenging with a great story line... Rockstar really did a brilliant job, combining dialogue, music, characters... and Max's animations were done so well too, bullet dodge never really looked unnatural, he reacts to the ground, wall and other structures naturally...

Perhaps my one problem with the game was that it was TOO difficult at times - denigrating me to just hide behind cover and shoot. Probably should have gone through on a lower diff setting.

But all the smaller details in the game really make it shine...

I had some misgivings given it is ROCKSTAR porting it to PC, but it ran well enough at 1366x768 with VSYNC on and settings on high. Maybe a couple of levels at certain checkpoints framerate was a bit unbearable but overall was not the travesty GTA 4 was... (and this is on a first gen i5 with a o'ced 5650, my desktop tore through it, hardly ever dropping frames).

Lets see if rockstar wanna release any expansions like with GTA4.

Just finished, and WOW!!!! This is the best game I've played so far this year. The graphics were just great and it played on my rig, with no problems, that's getting long in the tooth. I can actually say, I will be playing through again. I wonder If Rock star will have DLC for it. The whole airport ending running in slow mo and having the haunting sound track playing in the background--AWESOME!!!!
