Ok so I've done a bit of searching but haven't found a similar thread on this so forgive me if I'm repeating something here, anyway I've just received my new M17x which Is fantastic every game works fine Bad Company 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Modern Warefare 2, Starcraft 2 etc. with the exception however of Medal Of Honor.

To give you a guide of how I've got to where I am I essentially started up the new laptop updated the video drivers to 8.763, then the VBIOS to the latest and finally the A08 Bios to A09.

From here I went about just copying my entire steam directory from my Nvidia powered Mac across to the M17x I went about testing all games however Medal Of Honor gave a general protection fault before starting with reference to files not being found.

At this point I thought fair enough the game hasn't copied correct so I went about deleting local content and downloading the game from scratch however this hasn't resolved anything I even tried verifying file integrity within steam, what's even stranger is the multi player loads fine but single player nothing.

Has anyone seen this issue before? or any basic tips to try and resolve it

    Regards, Matt

If that does not work I would probably try to install the game again as the next step, after that troubleshoot other things like making sure direct x is updated, video card drivers, the stuff like that.

I don't think I had any problems with my copy of Medal of Honor on my m17x so unfortunately I Can't relate to your issues. My spec's seem comparable to yours.

If you downloaded through steam you can verify the install by right clicking in your library---> properties----> local files tab and click verify.
