Not to spoil anyone's fun, but MoH is a failure. I am very glad I got to play in the Beta though since I no longer have to wonder about not wanting this game. I'm content with BFBC2 and I can just buy CoD:MW2 if I want to play another $60 game that is attempting to clone MW2.

    +1 to what he said.

You are not missing anything at all. I played the beta on the PC and the 360, neither one made the game any better.

I know it's a beta, but the main game never changes in a beta, just a few minor tweaks. It felt like I was playing a rip off of BFBC2.

I might try it out for the campaign (because I love the MoH story lines), but I won't be playing the multiplayer.

I got into the beta last night via just signing up at the MoH site and getting lucky.

Played it on the 360 for a while, and it just seems... meh.

It tries to be kind of like bad company 2 with a rush style game mode and the use of vehicles. Except the vehicles so far just seem like a novelty, you get a single APC on the rush game type and it's basically there to be a power weapon. You can't repair it, there's no vehicle related unlocks or classes, and it's actually pretty weak and easy to kill.

It tries to be kind of like modern warfare 2 with killstreak rewards. Except the rewards are limited to mortar strikes, bigger mortar strikes (called rocket and missile strikes), UAV, and supply drops. It is kind of neat though how you can on the fly pick between either a rocket strike or a supply drop at the time you get your kills and not having to do it before the round starts.

It's a lot like both with the levelling system except the unlocks only affect your weapons (you have a sight, an ammo type, and a barrel). The high tier unlocks are straight up stronger than the low tier unlocks. Ya this happens in every game with a levelling system but it's a lot more blatant here, especially since there isn't much variety. Like you start with an SMG, then you get a carbine, then you get a shotgun, then you get a better smg, then you get a better carbine, etc....

The combat itself is definitely more like MW2 than anything else. Except without perks, customizable killstreaks, less variety in play styles, and it takes a little more to kill someone.

As far as the combat itself, it just feels like generic FPS gameplay, and I hate using that term because there are people out there who will claim every single FPS feels like generic FPS gameplay. I am not one of them.

It feels like modern warfare 0, like it could have been the game that was the stepping stone to improve upon and make the first modern warfare game.

I will give it one prop over MW2 though, none of the killstreaks are ridiculously strong. (since the offensive ones are all just mortar strikes)

I already have the beta for the pc and was wondering is there a way I can get it for the 360? I prefer it for the 360 but since the pc was the only option besides the ps3 i went for the pc version.

That's really weird, I get a page where you input your EA account login and the you get your code and download links, really easy.

If you own Steam BFBC2 then you got to play it 2 weeks ago. Steam might be letting everyone play it now.

Where it says "Por favor indentifícate usando tu cuenta de EA" you have to input your EA account mail and password (you should make one if you don't have one already, it's free), and then they'll give you a code. After that you have to select what kind of platform do you want to play on, and input the code they gave you. Then they'll give you a key to input in the game and prompt you to download the client. When you are done downloading just install, and play. Before connecting to the servers the game will ask for the key you got from the site, just input it and start shooting away!

I had a wrong screen shot. Have a look at this. It asks me for a redemption key which I got while preordering.
    Any idea?
