I have a feeling my memory clock is set a little too high...
Core clock: 600
Mem: 731
If i reduce my mem clock by a little, could i overclock my clock speeds more? without getting extra degrees added up to my GPU
Already runs about 73~77C while playing games

Your temps are fine.
OCing is a matter of perspective. It should be done in such a way that your max load temps don`t increase over 80C for the CPU and about 85-90C for the gpu.
These are pretty much acceptable temps for OCing, but keep in mind that it comes with certain risks,as any OCing comes.
Make sure you clean your laptop on a regular basis, keep the back of it a tad raised and on a solid surface, not a fabric one.
ALWAYS MONITOR TEMPS if you OC. It`s a gaming laptop if you need the performance and you must take care of it as such. -

Use ATI Tool's 3D display to check for artifacts and make sure your GPU is stable, or run through 3DMark06. Your temperatures are fine as noted.
Regarding core vs. clock - some games benefit more from an increase in processing power (core) and some benefit from increased bandwidth (memory). For most games, I would go for a balance between the two, as in, increase both of them. For some games though, you'll want to ramp up the core clock more than the memory and vice versa. You'll just have to experiment. -
And that's where multiple OC profiles come in.
I suggest the OC to create a universal overclock profile, separate overclock profiles for certain games which can stand higher overclick without crashing or the exact opposite. Then when not playing a game use default clocks, when playing games alternate between default, universal and separate overclock profiles. -
As long as you dont push any one individual clock too far and maintain those temps your good
BUT imo your current oc is plenty and anything additional wont be worth it in the long run, unless you only plan on playing in half-hour bursts.
Oh and from what i have seen oc'ing memory will help with increased resolution and anti-aliasing.. core for everything else
