    Looks amazing.

Apparently!!! This is running on a PC with limited hardware (to perform in line with a PS3)

Overall, this could look brilliant on a high end PC.

    Cant wait.

lol wth... looked like a trailer for a movie...

seriously took me time to realise it is a game.

Was a big fan of MGS back in the day on PS1/2, I think they haven't released a windows game for some time now.

Hopefully this is released for pc!!

Looks to be Big Boss from what people say because of the MSF badge on his suit. But the eyepatch is on the left, Big Boss's is on the right....

Aw, heck. As long as there's a "Snake" on his name, I'm sold! It's the legend I'm after. :D

EDIT: Okay I'm confused. When I saw the photos I knew the eyepatch is on the left. But now in the video it's on the right. This is so....whatever. Haha. Guess we'll have to wait for the reveal then.

Its Big Boss . Apparently, there was a few mirrored images floating about. That's probably where you saw the patch on Old Snakes Eye. If you catch my drift.

I dunno. Textures WAY too glossy. I know it's wet but everything shouldn't look like it was spit shined for 24 hours. Only real gameplay started at 9+ minutes and then it was clear graphics changed drastically. But I love Splinter Cell games, just haven't bought any of the last couple because of Ubi DRM, maybe grab this if on PC.

I've read around and apparently it will be released for windows.

The demo ran on current gen pc specs and is a 'current' gen game as well... and is NOT mgs 5.

And rendered entirely ingame... Pretty impressive!! :D

I'd buy it! I would feel like I was cheating on my ps3 though. I've never NOT played an mgs game on PlayStation.

I'm pretty interested on how Kojima will handle the PC controls, playing MGS in the keyboard has always been a bad experience for me.

And its well known that the guy in the first picture is just a cheap immitration of a poster in the Alienware forums who goes by the name of TheRevelator. :p

360 controller support. I find myself using one more and more its just more comfortable while sitting on the couch with a cushioned lap desk.

A PC release probably won't happen. Metal Gear rising was also once on route for PC release in but now in 2012 they have relegated it to consoles only.

I would love to see Konami release their games on PC but going by their history its a lost cause. Plus, if Konami ever seriously contemplates releasing games for PC I would rather have them release HD Suikoden collection first. PC needs some JRPG love too.

They are also releasing Castlevania LOS 2 on PC, times have changed, Next consoles themselves will just be a cheap mass produced PC anyway.

Only because it was cancelled and Palmed off to another studio to hatchet together.

The demo was on PC, its canon so I can't see them or Kojima scrapping any versions of this game. Imo, of course.

I guess with all the PC FPS/RPG games coming out, controls won't be an issue anymore. That, and there are 100+ keys you can use on computers anyway. If this Metal Gear follows the mechanics of MGS4 in which the camera follows Snake in almost-3rd-person instead of the circa-MGS1 or MGS2, then it wouldn't be a problem.

I guess the real problem is how the feel will be consistent on all platforms for this game. I'd hate to lose that MGS vibe, like what happened with Revengeance. The original MGS Rising would have been better than that joke of a Metal Gear game. :))

And this is actually interesting. What if the next-gen game consoles started to become just mere guidelines? I.e. Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo providing "Motherboards" but users can swap video cards/RAM/processors. That would kick on their revenue big time, but I'm pretty sure they'd be praised for it. :)) their own engines can be built-in on their motherboards leaving the others to end-users. :))

This game just shot up for my most wanted list. When they showed that Fox Engine, some months ago, it didn't really impress me. But seeing their real time demo is extraordinary. Plus, it's Metal Gear Solid, I can't NOT have this game. I'm even more surprised that it even runs on consoles, I'm going to go as far that it looks better than Crysis 2 did on consoles.
