    Edit: Nevermind, I eventually had to put God mode on to get past that part. I think the game was glitched or something, which gave him little health.

    Other than that, I just played through it my first time, and man was it a good game.

    shoot where the blob things come out of, then they stop coming out and life is much easier, sorry im very tired but felt obligated to try and help before i pass out, that part drove me crazy
