Mirrors Edge

How is the game mirrors edge. I would like notebook reviews opinions.
And do you think my sexy 256 ati mobiltiy radeon hd 3450 will run this game. I went over to system requirements lab and says i run it at recommended. But i find that hard to believe.

I thought it was really fun, even more so if you remove the runner vision (adds challenge)... If you think parkour or "free running" is fun then you'll enjoy this game.

PS- ya you can run it, not at max settings... but you can

My friend had the Studio 17 with ATI 3650 256 MB, the game ran flawlessly fullscreen on his laptop (though, I forgot teh resolution).

I love the game for its colorful envrionment, it is just sexy and beautiful. The running perspective is also cool. Howvere its replay value is not high at all, but for what its worth, I recommend the game.

 

I heard it short, and what is the story line about.

Yes it is short and trying to not give away a lot, you have to save your sis.

 

Can you shoot with weapons or its just jumping around?

 

yeah you can shoot weapons but its better fighting melee and kicking ppl off the roofs

Visually ME is a stunning game. But I felt the environment was too sterile and lacking ambience. The game lacked 'life'. Where are the crowds of people in the malls and city streets? There is a lot of clipping and terrible camera angles as well. A renter at best.

I thought there was/is a demo???

 

for 360 but not pc. If anyone can find a demo it will help me.

 

Yea it is sterile, but they at least back it up that the lack of people is due to strict governenment limits on curfews and access... Stupid yes
