Heres my OC (0.95V Stock):
![]()
GT 330Ms aren't gaming GPUs, but mine happens to be a great overclocker, and it does boost my frames significantly from the stock (575 Core, 1265 Shader, 790 Mem), by around 5-15. i can now play BFBC2 at maxed settings no AA 720p at 30-50 fps.
I really wish they could be overvolted like desktop gpus.. I could probably get them to hit 800 core. And no, im not insaneI idle at 38C and load at 70C, so I'd imagine i have lots of OCing headroom
Anybody had any luck?

I don't know anything about overclocking but holy that's a huge performance boost

The cooling in vaios tends to be very good. One reason for the big increase though is that sony runs the cards at lower clock speeds to begin with but still you seem to have some very good results.
Makes me want to try with my CW2 -

Who knows the bios may have higher voltage entry tables in the bios, have a look.

Agree with Meaker, open the vbios with nibitor and check (if it's possible on a sony).
